Fattoush is simply a large bowl of salad that contains a variety of different fresh vegetables and the unique thing about this salad is that it includes pieces of toasted khubez Arabic flatbread which in return can make this salad a meal on its own.
92 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled Instructions:• Unlike tabbouleh which requires ingredients to be finely chopped, with fattoush the vegetables are cut relatively large pieces | My addition to this is to add some fetta cheese or Arabic white cheese crumbled, I do love the combination of the veggies, with multigrain pita chips and the cheese, so this makes this salad a full meal |
